Here are several ways you can include lavender oil in your daily life!

You can also take several drops and rub them into the soles of your feet, temples, wrists for an almost instant relaxing effect for your body. Especially great for people with some mild social anxiety to help create your own relaxing space.
2. Minor Burns and Cuts
For burns apply 2-3 drops of the lavender oil to significantly reduce pain. For cuts place several drops into the cut to help stop bleeding, clean the wound and preemptively kill bacteria.
3. Insomnia/Sleep Aid
For people suffering from insomnia or just needing extra help to get to sleep. Simply put a couple of drops into your cupped hands and inhale deeply, helping to calm and relax your busy mind. Rub the oil lightly into your hand and smooth the excess onto your pillow or blanket for continual help throughout the night. If you would rather not rub the oil on your bedding, investing in an aromatherapy diffuser would be your best bet.
4. Motion Sickness or Nausea
